I love doing weddings. They full of love and fun. Everyone looking pretty and handsome, and I myself love an excuse to put on a suit jacket.

My style is documentary. I don’t want to interrupt any real moments or manufacture scenes. I want to capture the essence of the day as it’s seen and felt.

That doesn’t mean I don’t love grabbing a few cinematic moments, especially by piggybacking off the photographer, who will be doing plenty of staging. But for the most part, I want to capture the real motion of your event.

What will you get back? A full movie. I’m talking about a 45+ minute film. Not a 2–4 minute movie.

I like making something that feels like a true unfolding of the day, scene by scene. Sometimes slow, sometimes loud, sometimes truly magic. And each time you watch it, maybe you’ll pick up on something new—finding a new special moment you didn’t notice the first time around.

You’ll also get it on DVD, in your own DVD case……Why, you ask? You don’t even own a DVD player? Good! I don’t want you to. Tangible media is important. It allows us to watch things with full intention. Gosh, I miss video stores.

Next time you plan a romantic trip and see that your Airbnb has a DVD player, boom. There you go! Intentionality is magic. (But don’t worry, you’ll get everything digitally, too)
